At Avon Lake Sheet Metal we understand fabricating is about more than cutting and bending metal. It is a creative process that develops our customer’s ideas into reality. Our staff is experienced at taking clients’ rough sketches and developing CAD design drawings for approval and fabrication. We can also electronically send and receive drawings from clients in numerous CAD file formats.
Avon Lake Sheet Metal produces all types of sheet metal fabrications in a variety of materials and gauges. Our multiple CNC plasma cutting tables are controlled by state-of-the-art pattern layout and nesting software. Bending and forming are also computer controlled so that parts require minimal fit up during assembly. Welding has become a major part of our operation. GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, and FCAW welding processes are all available in our ten dedicated welding bays. Don’t let our name fool you, our capabilities range far beyond what many people think of as sheet metal. Plate fabricating and miscellaneous structural steel are common sights in our shop.
